Nassfeld Ski Resort, situated 1500 meters above sea level, is one of the largest skiing areas in Carinthia, with 30 funiculars, ski elevators and over 100km of tracks of various difficulty levels.
Most of the tracks are equipped with snow guns, guaranteeing snow during the whole season.The super-modern funicular ‘Millenium-Express’, which can deliver skiers quickly from Tröpolach to the ski areas, and which meets the highest technical requirements, has started operation at the resort recently.
When ‘Millenium-Express’ was being built, a new road Carnia was constructed through the valley, which made it easy for motorists to access to the funicular station.Free daily ski-buses bringing tourists here from all around the valley.
Regular skiing lovers will get unforgettable impressions from amazingly beautiful and diverse cross-country skiing tracks, accessible by bus, and only minutes away.
Cross-country tracks are 300 km long and climb to over 1500 meters above sea level.Besides skiers, hundreds of skating and tobogganing fans arrive in Nassfeld annually.
Our excellent skating rink on Presseggersee Lake and toboggan tracks, illuminated even at night, attract tourists from all over Europe.
